Alexandru is a Senior Associate, part of the Reff & Associates team since October 2016, assisting clients primarily in the Real Estate & Construction practice.
He provides legal assistance to both sell side and buy side clients in property acquisitions projects (share or asset deals), including drafting, preparation and negotiation of the contractual documentation, due diligence activities and title check procedures. Additionally, his experience includes the assistance granted in view of leasing office and commercial premises, drafting and negotiating the contractual terms for tenants.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Babeș-Bolyai University and he is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016.
