Before joining our Dispute Resolution practice, Alina acquired significant experience in business law and the dispute resolution field in a leading local law firm. Throughout her career, Alina has been involved in numerous projects ranging from civil, commercial, competition, corporate or energy related cases to administrative and fiscal litigation, as well as all types of debt recovery proceedings.
Alina has assisted clients from various industries in front of Romanian courts and public authorities, national and international commercial arbitration panels, as well as in proceedings conducted in foreign jurisdictions.
Alina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master Degree in International Arbitration from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013
