Andrei Ududoiu

Andrei is a Senior Associate with an experience of over 4 years as an attorney at law specialized in banking and finance. During this time, he accumulated advisory experience by taking part in projects with a wide range of variety in the banking/financial markets sector, including assisting credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions, asset managers, alternative investment funds and their managers, crowdfunding platforms, etc. in various legal and regulatory matters (e.g., AIFMD, MiFID, Prospectus regulation, BRRD, CRD/CRR, ESG, PSD2).

Andrei was recurrently involved in comprehensive financial regulatory and licensing projects, assisting on the whole structure of the project, including project structuring matters, legal analysis of the relevant legal and regulatory framework, designing the client’s business model observing such framework, drafting the resulting documentation and contractual agreements thereon, filing the relevant documentation with the national competent authorities (National Bank of Romania and the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority), and handling discussions with the representatives of such authorities.

Andrei holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Bucharest University and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.
