Codrut is Senior Associate with Reff & Associates and has been part of the legal team for the last 5 years. He serves clients primarily in Dispute Resolution practice.

With more than 5 years of professional experience, he covers domestic commercial litigation and arbitration, helping clients resolve disputes across a range of sectors such taxation, public administration, civil matters and issues relating to the enforcement and recognition of judgments.

His expertise also includes offering legal advice in transactional and litigation matters and drafting different court claims and legal opinions with respect to various fields of law.

Codrut holds a Bachelor’s Degree, University of Bucharest Law School (2011) and an LL.M diploma in Business Law (2012).

He is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2011. His second language is English.
