Diana is a Partner with Reff & Associates, with over 18 years of experience as an attorney at law, and serves clients primarily in the M&A, Corporate and Commercial Law practices.
Diana coordinated M&A projects assisting both sell side and buy side clients during the due diligence phase, structuring the transaction and acquisition/divesting process. She also assisted clients during merger, demerger and spin-off processes by helping them in designing the process, drafting the relevant documentation, representation in relationships with the authorities, negotiations with creditors, implementing the process from an operational perspective etc.
Diana provides ongoing advice to clients on commercial and corporate law aspects, including drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements, drafting legal opinions and memoranda on aspects related to corporate law, advice for settling and implementing corporate governance bodies, advising on conflict of interest at shareholders/directors level, shareholders’ rights matters, public disclosure requirements, shareholders/directors’ liability, general corporate governance (including corporate secretarial services).
