Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal assisted real estate developer and investor Prime Kapital in a 100 million euro bond issue
Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal assisted PK Development Holding, a Prime Kapital group company, in a 100 million euro bond issue, subscribed mainly by the five former financial investment funds (SIFs) - Lion Capital, Evergent Investments, Transilvania Investments, Longshield Investment Group and Infinity Capital.
The bond issue was addressed exclusively to a limited number of investors, the acquired funds being used to finance current activities and investments within the group.
A multidisciplinary team of lawyers specialized in banking & finance and in real estate form Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal provided the PK Development Holding with legal assistance throughout the entire process, from the structuring of the transaction to the successful closing of the issue.
