Alexandru is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, primarily advising clients in the Corporate M&A practice, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, commercial law, energy and public procurement. With 4 years of professional experience, he has developed extensive expertise in matters concerning the corporate governance of commercial companies, group reorganizations, and stock option–type remuneration plans.
Alexandru has significant experience in both share and asset transactions, having assisted numerous local and international clients across a wide spectrum of deals.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since January 2022.
