Andra is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, primarily advising clients in the Corporate, Commercial & M&A practice, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, energy, public procurement and EU-funded projects.
With four years of professional experience, she has assisted numerous domestic and international clients, ranging from multinational corporations to local entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries. Her practice includes preparing legal due diligence reports in connection with share deals, advising on various corporate matters, as well as advising clients on various legal matters arising in the context of EU-funded projects and public procurement procedures.
In addition, Andra has experience in real estate, dispute resolution and intellectual property matters, having assisted clients with asset acquisition transactions, represented clients in civil and commercial disputes before Romanian courts, and advised on trademark protection matters.
Andra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Territorial Development Law from the University of Bucharest. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2022.
