Ana Galgoțiu-Săraru

Ana is a Partner and leads the largest team, of more than 10 litigators, within our Dispute Resolution practice. She has over 14 years of experience in business law, after graduating in 2012 from the Law school within the University of Bucharest.

Since joining Reff & Associates in 2019, Ana has played a decisive role in strengthening the firm’s commercial and administrative dispute resolution practice, with a particular focus on real estate, urbanism and construction disputes, as well as corporate, consumer protection and public acquisition projects.

Ana coordinates high profile cases in various other types of disputes, including administrative, real estate, corporate, tax, competition or intellectual property and she represented clients both in front of national and international courts of law and arbitration panels.

Ana is also a constant contributor to business and legal publications and events.

Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
