Ana is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution department of Reff & Associates.
During her more than 13 years of experience in business law, Ana coordinated high profile cases in various types of disputes, including administrative, real estate, corporate, tax, competition or intellectual property and she represented clients both in front of national and international courts of law and arbitration panels.
Since joining Reff & Associates in 2019, Ana has played a decisive role in strengthening the firm’s commercial and administrative dispute resolution practice, with a particular focus on real estate, urbanism and construction disputes, as well as corporate, consumer protection and public acquisition projects.
Ana is also a constant contributor to business and legal publications and events.
Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
