Călina is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, primarily advising clients in the Insolvency Law and Employment Law field, with a focus on generalized assistance for clients, in their quality of creditors, throughout the insolvency proceedings of their debtors. With four years of professional experience, she has developed extensive expertise in efficient methods of debt recovery and in the legal regime of the contracts concluded with the debtor in insolvency and, in the Employment field, on matters regarding work health and safety.
Călina has significant experience in working with a diverse range of clients across various industries, having advised numerous local and international clients on a broad range of projects, such as providing comprehensive assistance and representation to clients throughout the insolvency proceedings, ensuring the accurate and complete registration of clients' claims, actively assisting clients in creditor meetings, contract review from an insolvency perspective, various legal actions to facilitate the efficient recovery of client debts throughout the insolvency process, conducting due diligence processes from an insolvency perspective and delivering legal opinions regarding restrictions imposed by insolvency and pre-insolvency regulations.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
