Dan Pătrașcu

Dan is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, focusing on banking and finance. He advised a broad range of domestic and international clients, including financial institutions, investment funds and corporate borrowers, on complex financing transactions and strategic investments across Central and Eastern Europe.

He is experienced in advising on project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and refinancing transactions. He regularly assisted both lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated financing arrangements and has gained significant experience in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating finance documents, and managing the legal aspects of transaction execution and closing. Beyond transactional work, he provides tailored legal advice on a day-to-day basis, helping clients address complex legal matters.

He has been involved in a wide range of cross-border projects across Central and Eastern Europe, advising on the financing of corporate acquisitions and major infrastructure projects. Having worked across multiple industries and jurisdictions, he is able to provide commercially focused advice that takes into account both legal and business considerations and to assist clients in navigating the complexities of sophisticated financing structures and the evolving regulatory framework.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
