Diana is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, advising clients primarily in the Real Estate practice, with experience also covering urban planning and construction matters.
With over five years of professional experience, she has assisted clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, advising both sellers and buyers and due diligence projects, including large-scale reviews of real estate portfolios, both intra-muros and extra-muros lands. Her experience covers title, urban planning and permitting matters, as well as the drafting and negotiation of transaction deeds, construction contracts and lease agreements.
Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2021.
