Ioana Dincă

Ioana is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team, with over five years of experience as an attorney at law, advising on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters. Her practice primarily focuses primarily on M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, share deals, asset transfers and group reorganisations.

She has experience advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, assisting domestic and international clients, ranging from multinational groups to entrepreneurial businesses, across sectors such as automotive, energy, agribusiness, and IT. Ioana supports clients throughout the structuring and execution of transactions and is involved in all key workstreams, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation and post-closing implementation. Ioana has also been involved in corporate reorganisations, management arrangements including management contracts, and a broad range of commercial contracts, while providing day-to-day corporate legal support tailored to clients’ business needs.

Ioana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.
