Laura is a Managing Associate of Reff & Associates, with over nine years of experience as attorney at law. She has been part of the Dispute Resolution department since August 2021.
She has built solid expertise in civil and commercial litigation, assisting and representing various clients before Romanian courts in a wide range of complex matters.
Her experience includes involvement in significant projects such as representing some of the most prominent national and international retailers in one of the largest civil lawsuits in Romania concerning the ownership over several acres of land. She has also assisted a major international real estate developer in litigation aimed at recovering a multi-million EUR investment under a joint venture agreement concluded for the development of a residential project. In addition, she has represented one of the largest Romanian real estate developers in various disputes related to its residential projects, as well as two leading companies in the in the oil & gas industry in proceedings concerning the recovery of substantial amounts deriving from one of the largest national gas project.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University and has been an attorney at law since 2016.
