Lucian is a Senior Associate within the Dispute Resolution practice of Reff & Associates.
With more than seven years of professional experience as an attorney at law, he has developed significant expertise in dispute resolution, while also advising clients on real estate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Lucian has been involved in a broad range of disputes, including administrative, commercial, public procurement, and employment matters, representing clients before national authorities and courts of law.
In addition to assisting clients throughout litigation proceedings, he focuses on developing comprehensive legal strategies aimed at safeguarding clients’ business operations and commercial interests, including support in contractual matters and pre-litigation proceedings.
Lucian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
