Ştefan is a Senior Managing Associate with Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in Tax Controversy practice.
Prior to joining Reff & Associates, Ștefan has been an attorney at law within another Big Four affiliated law firm, where he was actively involved in sophisticated litigation projects across a broad range of industries, including utilities, infrastructure, real estate, food, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, as well as defense and security.
With more than 12 years of professional experience, Ștefan has developed a strong tax litigation background, providing legal assistance and representation to major national and international companies before Romanian authorities and courts. His expertise covers a wide range of administrative, civil, commercial and public procurement litigation, with a particular focus on tax disputes.
Ştefan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and a LLM in Public Procurement, Concessions and Public-Private Partnership at the same institution. He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2014.
