Ştefan is a Managing Associate with Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in Tax Controversy practice.
Prior to joining Reff & Associates, Ștefan has been an attorney at law within another Big Four affiliated law firm, where he was actively involved in sophisticated litigation projects across a broad range of industries, including utilities, infrastructure, real estate, food, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, as well as defense and security.
With almost 12 years of professional experience, Ștefan has developed a strong tax litigation background, providing legal assistance and representation to major national and international companies before Romanian authorities and courts. His expertise covers a wide range of administrative, civil, commercial and public procurement litigation, with a particular focus on tax disputes.
Ştefan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and a LLM in Public Procurement, Concessions and Public-Private Partnership at the same institution. He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2014.
