Teodora is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, focusing her practice on international arbitration, commercial litigation and administrative disputes. She advises clients on complex and high-value contentious matters, with particular expertise in commercial disputes involving contractual, corporate and regulatory issues.
Her experience includes assisting a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients in arbitration and court proceedings, as well as in developing dispute prevention and resolution strategies. Teodora has been involved in a broad range of matters requiring sophisticated legal analysis, strategic case management and stakeholder coordination.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2022.
