Teodora is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily within the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team, advising on Environment and Regulatory matters, with a particular focus on environmental compliance, waste management and permitting matters. With almost 6 years of professional experience, she has developed extensive expertise in environmental and regulatory matters, including environmental aspects of mergers and acquisitions, industrial emissions, environmental permitting, renewable energy projects and Environment Fund related matters.
She has assisted leading local and international clients in connection with large-scale and strategically significant projects across various industries, including retail, food industry, recycling, manufacturing and real estate. Her experience includes advising on complex environmental and regulatory issues, including high-profile disputes concerning the annulment of environmental permits, Environment Fund obligations, waste management and waste transfers, as well as providing environmental due diligence support and regulatory assistance in major M&A transactions and investment projects.
Teodora also advises clients on environmental compliance aspects related to waste management operations, environmental permitting requirements and regulatory risks associated with complex industrial and infrastructure projects.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019.
