Valeriu is a Senior Associate with Reff & Associates, primarily advising clients in the Corporate and M&A field, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring projects and complex corporate matters.
With four years of professional experience, he has developed extensive expertise in transactional work, having assisted local and international clients in a broad range of share deals, asset deals, corporate reorganisations and integration projects. His practice also covers corporate governance, equity incentive plans and general corporate advisory matters.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2022.
