Reff & Associates strengthens through the admission of two new partners

Reff and Associates, the law firm representing the global Deloitte Legal network in Romania, expands its management team by elevating Georgiana Singurel and Andreea Artenie, currently Partners with Reff & Associates to Partners in Deloitte Legal Central Europe.

Having joined shortly after graduation, Georgiana has been a key contributor in an amazing journey from start-up to one of the largest, most successful law firms in the country. An outstanding lawyer, truly passionate about law and client service, exemplary in her dedication, a professional mentor for many, Georgiana has been a driver of innovation and expansion of capabilities in the practice. Georgiana currently heads the Corporate M&A practice at Reff & Associates dealing with complex transaction processes and group reorganizations. Since 2007 she has also been continuously involved as a contributor to specific regulations in the public procurement area and a trainer and legal expert in various projects for strengthening the administrative capacities of authorities for implementing PPP and concession projects in Romania.

Andreea joined Deloitte more than three years ago as head of the litigation practice. Since she joined the firm, the revenues of the litigation practice quadrupled and the team grew to 17 lawyers, with many of the country’s leading companies becoming our clients. Andreea has a very sharp business focus, is genuinely client centric and keeps every team member close to heart. With more than 16 years of experience in administrative and tax litigation practice, large number of complex proceedings under coordination, the vast majority of which are tried successfully, Andreea is regarded as one of the leading experts in fiscal procedural law.
