Ioana Lucia Georgescu-Mureșanu

Ioana has been part of the legal team in Reff & Associates for the past nine years, assisting clients primarily in the Real Estate & Construction practice.
She provides legal assistance in all matters pertaining to the real estate field, being involved in all phases of multiple real estate transactions, including structuring of the transaction, due diligence, drafting and negotiation. She assisted clients in asset deals, M&A transactions and business transfer agreements, advising both sellers and buyers. Her areas of expertise also include the field of construction law, including FIDIC-based contracts, offering advice with respect to the drafting, negotiation and performance of construction and construction-related contracts, as well as analysis and preparation of claims.
Ioana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014.
