With 5 years of experience, he has extensive legal expertise in the field of environmental law, fire safety law and food safety law aspects, including permitting compliance.

Mihai has significant experience in environmental and regulatory compliance.

Mihai has advised numerous local and international clients in a wide range of environmental and regulatory aspects as environmental issues in mergers and acquisitions, waste management, industrial emissions, water management, environmental taxes, permitting, hazardous substances, the regime of natural protected areas.

Mihai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Galati University and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
