Răzvan Brătilă

Răzvan is a Managing Associate within Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in Tax Controversy disputes. With almost ten years of experience, he has extensive legal expertise in the field of Tax Controversy and International Arbitration as well.

Răzvan has advised and represented numerous local and international clients in front of the tax authorities and the courts of law in a wide array of tax disputes, involving issues and controversies regarding VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, double taxation, social contributions, and others. During his career, Razvan also represented clients in disputes settled under the arbitration rules of ICC, VIAC or IFTA.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and International Studies from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Nicolae Titulescu University, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Arbitration from the Bucharest University. Răzvan is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014.
