Andreea has gained experience in corporate and commercial law, consumer protection and data protection.

In corporate law matters, Andreea assisted companies in relation to debt to equity swaps, share capital increases, transfer of share both within the company as well as to third parties, intragroup merger, company set up and other various corporate operations (e.g. change of managing bodies, change of headquarters etc.). Assisted local and multinational companies in various corporate matters such as: drafting corporate documents, drafting legal opinions and memoranda on aspects related to corporate law.

In commercial law aspects, she has assisted various clients in relation to drafting, reviewing/amending commercial agreements as well as by drafting legal opinions and memoranda on aspects related to commercial law.
In consumer protection aspects, she assisted various retailers by preparing legal opinions and memoranda regarding the obligations that must be observed according to the consumer protection legislation regarding aspects like: online sales, promotional sales, product labeling etc. Assisted multinational companies in relation to consumer complaints and in relation to the National Consumer Protection Authority.

In data protection, Andreea assisted various clients in relation to the notification of the National Data Protection Authority with respect to the processing of personal data and the transfer of personal data abroad. Assisted local and multinational companies in maters concerning data protection such as: drafting and reviewing the documents needed in order to comply with the data protection legislation, preparing legal opinions and memoranda regarding data protection aspects, data protection compliance check. Assisted various clients in assessing the compliance from legal perspective of their data processing activities from the perspective of the General Data Protection Regulation.
