Corina Damaschin

Corina is a Senior Associate within Reff & Associates and serves clients primarily in our Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice. Throughout her years of practice, she has gained extensive legal expertise in the fields of data protection, consumer protection and intellectual property matters, currently advising clients in these fields of law.

She assists numerous local and international clients in a wide range of data protection matters, including assessing compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring fulfilment of controller’s obligations and reviewing data protection agreements. Additionally, she provides legal assistance in connection with securing and enforcing intellectual property rights especially in the context of technology projects. She also advises on general compliance with local consumer regulations, for example in the field of discounted sales and promotions.

Corina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Bucharest University and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from University College London and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
