Elena Moroiu

Elena is a Senior Associate within the Tax Controversy team and, prior to joining the Reff & Associates team, she provided legal assistance and representation within one of the most prominent local firms in the field. Her professional journey is characterized by a strong inclination towards delivering effective and innovative solutions, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

Currently, Elena is dedicated to resolving disputes involving intricate tax implications, serving clients across diverse industries. Leveraging her previous experience in handling conventional legal procedures and international arbitration, she remains actively involved in national and international administrative and judicial procedures, all geared towards safeguarding the best interests of clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, has completed courses in Business Management and Communication at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019.
