Florin joined Reff & Associates in June 2021, being part of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Department. Previously, he gained relevant legal experience both in a multinational company and in domestic law firms, being exposed to a variety of legal projects in the fields of Corporate, Commercial, M&A and Dispute Resolutions. He assisted clients in various corporate & commercial related projects (incorporation of the companies, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations, etc.) and also provided extensive legal assistance in tax, administrative, civil and commercial disputes before the Romanian courts.
Florin graduated Faculty of Law in 2014 and holds graduate and postgraduate diplomas in Political Science.
