Mihnea Galgoțiu-Săraru

Mihnea is Partner with Reff & Associates and heads our dispute resolution department. He gathered more than 14 years of experience in business law, after graduating summa cum laude from the most prestigious Romanian law school. Before joining Reff & Associates, Mihnea acted as Partner and co-head of a large litigation practice in another leading Romanian law firm.

Mihnea successfully coordinated large litigation teams in numerous high-profile cases regarding competition, energy, telecom, media, administrative, constitutional, real estate, construction, privatization, IP, employment or sport matters. He also managed virtually all types of debt recovery projects, from foreclosure to insolvency cases. In addition to his expertise in national dispute resolution cases, Mihnea also has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings, as well as in multi-jurisdictional litigation projects.

He is also a constant contributor with articles to legal and business publications.
