Mircea Farcău

Mircea is a Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution department of Reff & Associates.

With over 7 years of experience in litigation, he has developed key areas of expertise in tax and public administration disputes, having also assisted clients in public commercial litigation (and arbitration) procedures. As such, in the context of diversification and interaction with public authorities, with complex implications in the activity of private entities, Mircea has a proven record of successfully assisting a number of important companies in a wide range of industries: oil and gas, retail, cash & carry, pharma, real estate and renewable energy.

Mircea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2017.
