Roxana Balica

Roxana is a Senior Associate who joined Reff & Associates in May 2024 as a member of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team.

She is a qualified Romanian lawyer specializing in corporate, commercial and M&A law. Roxana has successfully managed a wide range of assignments, including both international and domestic M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, general corporate and commercial law matters and contract management. She brings extensive experience in handling national and international transactions and has conducted due diligence for companies across various sectors, including technology, media, and telecommunications. Additionally, Roxana regularly advises companies and provides ongoing assistance to clients in their corporate and commercial activities.

Roxana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Babes-Bolyai University, a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
